Reviews and Ratings
The hotel overlooks the pool, which is connected to another facility. The room has a pretty design, reminiscent of a timeshare, which I didn't particularly like. Although it was expensive, I've stayed in nicer places for less money elsewhere on my trip. Canmore is known for being pricey, so this property seems typical for the area. I wish the room was further from the street, and there's a somewhat shabby-looking restaurant on-site.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with fantastic mountain views, clean and adequate for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, providing great recommendations for local dining spots and coffee shops. Highly recommended for its proximity to Banff and Lake Louise.
I was looking forward to the hot tubs, but unfortunately, they were out of order for a while, which was a letdown. The room exceeded my expectations, it was spacious and had a full kitchen, but the noisy heaters were a downside. The service, from front staff to maintenance, was excellent and very friendly. The location was beautiful with picturesque views of the three sisters. The dining experience within our corner suite was enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay, but the broken hot tubs were a disappointment.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a full kitchen and BBQ, perfect for those looking for comfort and roominess. However, the property's design may not appeal to everyone, and the nearby restaurant seems lackluster. It's a decent option in pricey Canmore, but I've stayed in better places for less.
Our stay was fantastic! The hotel rooms easily accommodated our family of 5, and the sofa bed in the living room was a great extra sleeping space. The view of the swimming pool from the room was lovely on the hot day we stayed. The suite was clean, and the seamless access without the hassle of check-in and check-out was a plus.
The hotel offers rooms with a full kitchen overlooking the pool, which provides a wonderful mountain view; however, the room has a timeshare feel that may not appeal to everyone. The price is on the higher side compared to other accommodations in the area. The location in Canmore is convenient for accessing nearby attractions though it may lack some desired privacy from the street.
The hotel had a nice mountain view and easy access to walking trails, but the room felt cramped with too many furnishings and lacked space for moving around freely. The staff were courteous and friendly, making for a pleasant stay, although the furniture layout could be improved in the rooms.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities, but the north-facing aspect made them a bit dark. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. The location was excellent for exploring the area, though it felt more budget-friendly. Dining options were limited, but the hotel offered complimentary breakfast in certain suites. Overall, a good choice for those looking for a welcoming stay in a convenient location.
The hotel had spacious and well-decorated rooms, with helpful front desk staff providing great local recommendations. It's ideally located close to Banff and Lake Louise. However, the property's aesthetics didn't suit my taste, and the price was high compared to other places I've stayed for less money. Canmore's overall expenses might justify the cost, but I wish it was further away from the street and had better dining options nearby.
